Programs - Spelling Bee
Our club is planning to hold a local, oral only, Spelling Bee in April of 2012. This is a new project for our club and four Leduc elementary schools expressed interest to participate with the anticipation of two Grade 5 students from each school. Varying prizes will be awarded to each student in the contest. This is meant to be an enjoyable event for the contestants and other attendees.
Knowing the importance of education, our club is hoping this type of reward/incentive for effort and achievement will spur on the student(s) to higher goals and a promising future.
Specific details of date, time and location will be posted when available. THANKS to the schools.
